My Role
Lead Developer responsible for guiding a team of five developers through the planning, architecture, and implementation of a large-scale university website enhancement project. Served as the primary technical liaison between the agency team and university stakeholders, providing technical direction, code reviews, and solution planning.

The university needed a more engaging and scalable digital experience that improved access to critical information for students, faculty, and prospective students. Existing systems required more advanced content discovery, better integration with institutional data sources, and a more interactive way to showcase campus resources.
